Chef's Blend with Redmond Real Salt Blend

Ingredients:
1-1.5 lb ribeye steak (1-1.5 inch thick)
1-2 tbsp Sloan Chef's Blend
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter
Fresh thyme sprigs (optional)
Instructions:
Prep the steak: Pat the ribeye dry. Rub both sides with olive oil and season generously with Chef's Blend (1-2 tbsp). Let sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.
Preheat the grill: Medium-high heat (about 450°F).
Grill the steak: Place ribeye on the grill. Cook 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting for thickness.
Rest the steak: Remove from the grill and let rest 5-10
minutes before slicing.
Serve: Slice against the grain, drizzle with pan butter & salt (if needed).
