Grilled Triple Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients:

2 slices of your favorite bread (sourdough, country, or white)

1-2 tsp Sloan Roasted Garlic Salt or OG Blend

1-2 tosp mayonnaise

1 slice cheddar cheese

1 slice gouda cheese

1 slice Swiss cheese

Instructions:

Prep the bread: Spread mayonnaise evenly on the outside of each slice. Sprinkle generously with Sloan Roasted Garlic Salt or OG

Blend over the mayo.

Assemble the sandwich: Layer cheddar, gouda, and Swiss between the bread slices.

Grill the sandwich: Heat a non-stick skillet or copper pan over medium heat. Place sandwich in pan and cook 3-4 minutes per side, pressing lightly with a spatula, until bread is golden and cheese is melted.

Serve: Remove from pan, let rest 1-2 minutes, then slice in half.

Tips:

Mayo gives a crispy, golden crust without overpowering the seasoning.

Roasted Garlic Salt adds bold garlic flavor; OG Blend adds a versatile, herb-torward taste.

Serve with tomato soup or a crisp salad for a classic combo.
