Created in collaboration with pitmaster Chef Aiden Stollenwerk of Aiden’s Butt & Other Cuts (Oshkosh, WI) and built on GrannyMommy’s OG garlic salt as the foundation. This is the blend that connects three generations of bold Texas flavor to a competition pit in Oklahoma.</p><p>Bold smoke. Deep legacy. The smoke ring will speak for itself.</p><p><strong>How to use:</strong> Apply the night before with a light binder (mustard or olive oil). Coat generously and wrap tight. Cook 12–18 hours at 225–250°F. Pull at 203°F internal. Rest 1–2 hours wrapped in butcher paper. The bark and smoke ring will do the talking.</p><p>No MSG. No fillers. Small batch.
